Could be... Its seems to be logical it would be a fighter, but then again, maybe not... Or if it was a figher, which one? Question

The Buffalo was stationed alongside the Wildcat in the Phillipines, but the Wildcat was also stationed at Wake Island, both islands were pounded by the Japanese early in the war... Confused

But then again, what Naval aircraft were stationed at Pearl Harbor and did they get into the air during the attack? Question

And if so, did they actually shoot down any Japanese aircraft? Question

Or did the kill take place some where else, in one of the other aircraft? Question

So many options and possibilities... Confused

I really like this poll, its one of the my best! Twisted Evil

I dont have a freakin clue so I'm gonna guess a Catalina at Pearl ( maybee one of the "Black Kats"? ) maybee got a lucky shot on one of the fleeing attack planes with a bubble gun. I thought some Warhawks got up and got some hits in, but then again they wern't Navy were they lol

It could be the Catalina...

Though they were very vulnerable to air attack...

But is the Catalina a bizarre enough choice for a tricky poll? Twisted Evil

By the way, both P-40s and 2 of the ancient P-36s made it into the air and achieved kills for the US Army Air Corp at Pearl Harbor...

But did any Naval Aircraft get into the air and achieve a kill? Question

Or was the first kill achieved elsewhere, by one of the other aircraft in the poll... Twisted Evil

I vote as often as I can. The polls are hard, but interesting. Smile
I have a feeling I didn't post the right answer this time.

CAG, I will not remind you to post the answer to this poll. Laughing Laughing
